Luray, VA - Memorial Day Weekend - May 2010

Sunday. Took the Subaru up to Skyline Drive for a picnic lunch. Bailey stayed in the RV since she hates to ride in the car! We took plenty of pictures to show Bailey so she wouldn't miss anything.

Drove north through Shenandoah NP to Front Royal. Stopped off at a Wal Mart to pick up some supplies before heading back south on 340 to the campground.

After we got back, we sat outside reading with Bailey. Bailey likes to sniff the air and stays pretty close to us.

Luray, VA - Memorial Day Weekend - May 2010

 We're staying just north of Luray, Virginia in a small campground called Country Waye. It's out in the country and very agrarian - as in cow smells! Note cows in the picture.

Bailey seems to like the smells around here. Maybe she grew up in the country on a farm? All we know is she was found in West Virginia by the beagle rescue group BREW.

Bailey and Chris caught a quick nap on Saturday.

Endless Caverns RV Resort - 7/8 May

Took the RV and Bailey down to New Market, Virginia to stay at one of our favorite campgrounds, Endless Caverns RV Resort. Saturday morning we got up early to drive our car down to Harrisonburg to attend the graduation of our niece, Katherine Clark, from JMU. Here's a picture of Bailey hanging out on the sofa.

We had a campfire Friday night.
